- Chat Support Executive (Non‑Voice) – Nerul: Handle student queries via chat platforms, follow up with leads, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication.
- Counselor / Sales Executive – Nerul & Kharghar: Counsel prospective students and parents on courses and admissions, handle inbound/outbound calls, and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Program Coordinator – Kharghar: Coordinate with students, faculty, and internal teams; manage academic and administrative activities; ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Outreach / Business Development Executive – Nerul & Kharghar: Generate and manage leads through outreach, build relationships with students, institutions, and partners, and support admission and marketing initiatives.
