Job Description
Altruist Technologies is urgently hiring 50 Healthcare Coaches / Patient Counsellors for a healthcare voice process at our Mahape, Navi Mumbai center. This is a unique opportunity for graduates with a medical or clinical background (B.Pharma, Paramedics, Clinical Psychology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Nutrition, or related fields) who are passionate about patient care and counseling. As a Healthcare Coach, you will provide counseling and psychosocial support to patients, follow up post-discharge, enroll new patients, and handle patient calls with empathy and professionalism.
